Additional Resources and References:

 - Lighting Reference Andrew Prince

- Quixel Megascans and Assets

THIS PROJECT WAS CHOSEN TO TARGET COMPANIES THAT HAVE A HYPER REALISTIC ART STYLE

- Activision (Call of Duty)

- PlayStation (Naughty Dog, Santa Monica Studios, PlayStation Studios Visual Arts, and others)

The Drawing of the Plan.

Week 1

- COMPLETE blockout of environment,

- The vending machine will be a hero asset so plan accordingly

- lighting first pass (indicate your key light sources, NOT final lighting, just enough to see what going on.)

- Identify would materials need to be created and what needs to be taken from quixel (ideally just decals and megascans be taken from quixel, this is not a project that will be solely done with external resources)

NOTE to self, get everything in UE5 ASAP.

Week 2

-Fix problems with the scene from feedback

- Game Res all models (should not be to many models given the layout, but the vending machine will prove to be a time consumer.)

- First pass on all materials and textures

- Finalize asset dressing aka Layout

- Second Pass on lighting. (finalize main lights, tint lights slightly to establish tone.)

Week 3

- Fix problems with the scene from feedback

- Finalize materials and textures (mesh materials)

- First surfacing pass. (This is where the bulk of the time for this week probably will be spent. Gather materials if not done so already. Allocate time for this Brian.)

Third Lighting Pass, (Finalize all lights (intensities aka brightness) finalize all light colors.)

Week 4 POLISH week

- Fix problems with the scene from feedback

- At this stage 90% of the work should be done, layout, textures, and lighting should not have significant changes done to them. Ideally this is where you will be making subtle minor tweaks and adjustments to the scene based on the feed back you received from the previous weeks

- Make time to render out shots of the scene.
